There is a new process to access video content this season.
Tickets will grant an individual the ability to login to the video access portal, where ticket holders will be able to play the video during the streaming period and access bonus content. Individuals manage their own login information and passwords.

This ticket provides access to the video premiere, followed by a zoom gathering. Streaming access is included through ______.

Streaming Video Access: Saint Lucia, Solstice Bride
From Sunday, December 20, 2026 (beginning 8:00 AM EST) to Sunday, December 27, 2026 (ending Midnight EST)
This ticket provides access to the video for the duration of the streaming period.

Streaming Video Access: Saint Nicholas, Bringer of Gold
From Thursday, December 24, 2026 (beginning 8:00 AM EST) to Thursday, December 31, 2026 (ending midnight EST)
This ticket provides access to the video during the streaming period, and access to a special webpage of information and images as additional background for the story.
Gift cards can be sent to loved ones to serve as a credit towards a streaming ticket of their choice.
Gift cards must be purchased and shared individually.

Gift Tickets
The process for gifting tickets has also changed this season.
Instead of gift tickets, gift cards are available. When purchasing a gift card, during the checkout process, there is a field for the recipient’s email address as well as a message to accompany the gift.
The gift recipient will receive your message, a special code, and instructions for claiming their ticket. To use the gift card, they will need to purchase a streaming ticket and enter the code to remove the cost of the ticket during the checkout process. To learn more about gift cards, please click here.

Tickets are available for purchase to grant access to a virtual performance. Performances are pre-recorded and presented online as a video. Videos are not released for download and are only available during the story’s streaming period.
Once the streaming period is open, ticket holders can play the story’s video an unlimited number of times until the streaming period closes. Access is not available before the streaming period begins and discontinues once the streaming period ends for the story.

To purchase a ticket for multiple people, complete separate transactions for each individual.
Each individual will need a unique email address to create an account and receive communications related to their account.

Individuals may purchase more than one story by using the Get Access buttons located below a story on the video access portal page. When logged in, video access pages will be available during the streaming period only.

Videos are only available during the story’s corresponding streaming period. Videos are not available for access prior to or after the streaming period has ended.

The Christmas Cycle was created out of Ms. Fraser’s desire to enter into the rich, metamorphic opportunity of the Christmas season. The stories have been developed through research, interviews, and personal study with the intention of offering an expanded and deepened experience of the holiday, and the Christian calendar’s relationship to the natural world.
The streaming periods reflect timing close to the date on which the story takes place while providing some flexibility to support viewing and replaying.
There is no limit to the amount of times one can play a video within the streaming period. Ticket holders are welcome to watch a video as many times as desired before the streaming period ends.
